Newspapers reported that new house prices may increase by 30% in order for developers to be profitable due to price hikes in every related area...petrol, cement, steel, other building materials, transport, cranes, labour etc.

This is indeed a very good deal given the circumstances! Laughing

do you have the link for the information? you might want to share more details of the property e.g. built up, land size, facing direction, map, picture etc.

B/Up: 2500sf but can be extended to > 3000sf
It is a full 3 storey link as opposed to some 2 1/2 storey ones.
KLCC and KL Tower views from 2nd Floor.
Owners of this phase have fought for the construction of a perimeter wall solely for this phase and the developer has allocated funds for this purpose.
