Newspapers reported that new house prices may increase by 30% in order for developers to be profitable due to price hikes in every related area...petrol, cement, steel, other building materials, transport, cranes, labour etc.
This is indeed a very good deal given the circumstances!  |

do you have the link for the information? you might want to share more details of the property e.g. built up, land size, facing direction, map, picture etc. |

B/Up: 2500sf but can be extended to > 3000sf
It is a full 3 storey link as opposed to some 2 1/2 storey ones.
KLCC and KL Tower views from 2nd Floor.
Owners of this phase have fought for the construction of a perimeter wall solely for this phase and the developer has allocated funds for this purpose. |
