How much you need, If need urgently, get P Loan, find the cheapest rates as you can (preferable get for Islamic Personal Loan, lower rate, exclude from CIMB, 24% per year) |

1st question? R u just planning want to buy a house + renovation or you already have the house and want to have loan for renovation.
Well there is many way, if your property value has been increased, you can do additional top up loan. In CIMB we call it HOMEXTRA. After acquiring this extra loan, you can use it to renovate your house. The rate will using as housing loan rate not the personal loan rate which is higher than housing loan rate.
