Hi All,
How long does it normally take for the authorities to issue the FINAL Certficate of Fitness from the date of completion or from the date TEMPORARY Certificate of Fitness?
Anyone know if the Final Cert has been issued for the houses in Tiara Villa, Off Old Klang Road? |

| actually no 1 will know the answer because it depend on the authority and the developer relation... you know lar... if the developer do all the nessecery thing in oder and the authority do all thier work... than the CFO could be out fast... that is why now they are trying to replace this CFO with CCC from the developer architec.... it will take shorter time to process he CCC as it was issue by the developer's architec. |

| When vacant possession is given to the house owner, does that mean it has the temporary CFO? But even with a temporary CFO, can the owner move in to the house yet, or still have to wait until final CFO? |

| Usually what the practises are, Temporary CF and Vacant Possesion. Without these two, in simple you are not supposed to move into the premises unless you have at least Temporary CF and Vacant Possesion. It will take a while even if let say the developer does the thing properly. Problems sometimes is beyond the developers control where PTG and our local authorities which is the one giving problem such as they want "ahem" u knw la what i mean. |

Hi all!
I recently obtained VP for Condo in PJ (my developer said that technically I cannot move in yet as there is no final CF). My questions are:
1) Do i still need to pay the maintenance fees that developer request for as I am not using the facility and not allowed to move in there?
2) How long does in typically take for PJ Condo to obtain Final CF from Temp CF?
3) I want to do some kitchen cabinets. But they told me no renovation allowed yet. Can i still proceed?
Cheers! |

| In my case, i've checked with MBSA, and they say they dont practice the issuing of temporary CF anymore. Its been 2 months now since VP and still no CF. Can the residents move in regardless? |

It's the developer's problem. I believe that, no one here can give you the exact answer, unless they themselves experienced the same situation. _________________ Miami Real Estate |
