Hello there, new to the forum and not familiar with property and investments.

I'm looking to buy a 2-bedroom (approx. 1200 sq ft) low-rise unit at Faber Ria and the owner is quoting RM225,000. Is this the market value now in this area and need to know if there will be decent value for this unit if I were to sell or rent out it in 10 years time. What's the outlook for Faber Ria and Heights in the future?

What about Faber Heights? Anything similar I could get and would it fetch decent value later? Are these good buys? I am looking to buy to stay currently but would potentially sell or rent out later. I have been living in Taman Desa almost all of my life, and love the area. Any advice or feedback is appreciated, thank you.

Oh one more question - anyone out there knows how much Faber Ria's low-rise 2 bedroom apartments were going for back when it was first sold in 1985? Thanks!
