Hi,

I'm new to KL (and this forum!) and looking for advice on where to rent in KL. There is only so much I can pick up from Google maps, so hopefully someone could help.

I arrive in August and will be looking for a condo (quite modern/stylish with pool, gym and ideally not many children!) within either walking distance from, or a 10 min taxi ride to Garden International School. I also want to be near to some reasturants, bars and night life. Suggestions I have had so far include Laman Suria, Villa Flora, Kiara Park, Mont Kiara area and Tivoli Gardens. Any info, advice, rental prices much appreciated.

I will also be looking to buy somewhere within a year if I enjoy living in KL.

Cheers.

Hi bigvin

If you are still visiting this forum (it's quite awhile since you posted this topic), I have two questions for you:

1. Have you found a place to stay in KL? I hope so since now is late July.

2. Where is Garden International School?

Since I don't know where this school is, I cannot recommend a place for you to stay.

Hi Bigvin,

I have a unit of 913 square feet 2 bedroom condominium located at newly completed I-Zen Kiara 1 (jointly developed by Capitaland of Singapore and Ireka Land).

This condominium has all the amenities you like, and the unit is ready for moving in. The unit itself is located on the 31st Floor, with views of 2 swimming pools from adjacent developments. Breathtaking.

It's less than 10 mins walk to Garden International School, and 3 mins walk only to Plaza Mon't Kiara (the main commercial area in MK) so restaurants, banks, post office, clinic, bars, etc is all nearby.

Do contact me at vicyafos@gmail.com if you are interested in viewing the place.
