yes, i think this is what they told me last time if not mistaken..since we enjoy the one year free of security charges, so we just need to pay rm70 for the maintenance fees in within the one year..the rm70 maintenance fee could be due to those cukai from MPS which is a mandatory charge...

shukri, any ideas?

if the developer returns the street and drainage services to MPS, then you don't have to pay to the developer.

Eh... sudah bayar cukai pintu, apa cukai lagi MPS mau?

From what Linda told me, it's like this: for the first year, the security charge is waived.... however, since MPS/Alam Flora would not have started serving this new area yet, we will need to pay to have someone collect our garbage.

just called siew fong today. she said that my unit still under 25% completion only. the 15% framework is still on-going. shukri, ur unit faster than me...

she said that hard to say if we can get the key by sep but most probably the row after show unit (ours) will be released first then only the other side (i think is fendy's unit). some of the topaz unit already completed 60% according to her.

Well..even my unit will be completed first, i don't think that i'm gonna check in so soon. I will wait atleast some of the back units open..

I believe that the rationale of the front units be the earliest to complete because the CF will be realeased first since that the infra e.g. roads, drains etc. are ready at that time.
