|
|
| Hi .... I'm a foreigner that signed a S&P agreement, paid the 20% downpayment and subsequently got the approval for 80% loan from the bank. The problem is that the loan has not been disbursed still and we even got a late payment interest advice from the developer. According to the lawyer, they need some documents from the authorities before they could instruct the bank to release the loan. What are the documents they are referring to? We have already received a copy of the State Authority Consent. What are the other supposed documents required by the lawyer from the state/government? Anyone can advise? |
