Loan house : rm 163000
30 years
condo
leasehold
have read the offer letter form bank and below is the MRTA price for my loan above.
OCBC rm 7k+
CIMB - rm 4.4k
HL - rm 2k
can anyone explain me, why the price is diffrent?

read the contract or ask the respective companies. Likely the cheapest one will not cover you for CI and the more expensive one does. |
