| checked, status now not much left for Phase I 100 units Townhouses and they are opening Phase II townhouses in 1-2 weeks time. Not sure when will they open types other than townhouses...i only know the staff, who could only tell me indicative pricing of >200k for terrace and around 500k for bungalows.. |
