Hi, I know that posting ads to discussion forums is bad form but I couldn't find a forum suitable for this, so please excuse me.

I am an expat who's exiting Malaysia, and I'm selling my Cyberia Penthouse A2-11-8 in Cyberjaya for which I am the original buyer since the launch of Cyberia in 2000. I am looking for a quick sale for a motivated buyer and asking for the original sale price of RM 350,000 only, because I must sell.

2099 sqf occupying floors 11 and 12, corner unit, 4 bedrooms, 4 toilets, 2 large living/dining room areas, kitchen, wet kitchen, balcony, large balcony/terrace upstairs, 2 inside car parking bays (never direct sunshine), views to sports courts and MMU (open, spacy view), pretty much in original condition, lived in only 6 months out of 12 every year.

Defects free except for some 30 pcs floor tiles need replacing in upper floor because of a fresh water leak in toilet (tiles popped up), which has now been fixed. I have not replaced this because it is a great opportunity for other renovations (making terrace inside room, other partitioning work).

Possible to buy antique furniture, improvements etc for very reasonable price with the sale (too bulky to take with me).
