|
|
Hello,
I am looking to buy a condominium in the Taman Desa area, and would appreciate some advise from the forumers here.
I am looking at Desa Villa, Bukit Desa, OBD (based on the feedback in this forum); and so far the floor space options available are between 1100 to 1600 sq. ft; prices range from 275K to 380K. My budget would allow me up to a max. 350K; and would like a condo with a decent size (>1300 sq.ft), low density and well managed/maintained.
In the Star there was a Duplex unit, Faber Indah; 1900sq. ft. going for 270K; what's your advise on this place, seems very reasonably priced for such a large layout. Issues with this place; else would be perfect for my requirement
Many thanks in advance for all the advise you can give me.

| From what i knew, Faber indah is a lowrise 5sty walk up apartment. 1900sf is the duplex penthouse on the top floor. Be prepare to walk up 4storey everyday. Overall i think it is pretty good buy consider it is for your own stay. Other than that Desa villa just had full facelift looks pretty decent. If you dont mine being leasehold Danau permai is just DECENT. |

Thanks Keith...I just viewed 3 units in Desa Villa; 6th floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor, prices range from 275K to 335K. Generally very well kept condo, with good facilities and environment.
Saw one unit in Bukit Desa on the 5th floor; 1160sq.ft, I must say the design is pretty weird and is hard design your furniture placement...so now it is no longer a consideration.
Since Faber Indah is walk-up...I should not consider it either (I had enough of walking 4 stories everyday, a few times for 3 years!)
I need to take a look at the lease hold place...may fit my requirement too...Thanks! |

Hello...
Please advise on a fair price for a 1260sq.ft Desa Villa condo, it is on the 2nd floor, facing the garden (balcony) and the back is facing the road (leading to Cheras/City).
The unit is generally well kept, some basic renovations (flooring and extension in the wash area). It was occupied by the owner for 10 years, and they have moved to a landed property.
They are asking for 325K; but I have not made an offer. What would be fair amount to offer? From what I have found out, the place was originally bought at ~280K.
Appreciate your advise. |

Hi there, I've a customer unit 24-1-1 1150sf looking at around 280k. There was another in block 18-6-3A. Developer's price were about the same like current price. Email me if you're keen to look at the units keithcky9@yahoo.com |

that bugger has moved to landed because he realized that the apt is getting older and older and no way the sinking fund is enough for major refurbishment work in the future.
And why not sell now when he can still make money out of something that has been used for 10 years. |
