Hi,

i was impressed with the comments previously posted on this portal, thus, i decided to give it a try to post a question.

I'm currently staying at Sunway Sutera condo, my sister in law is looking to buy a condo in PJ with budget <RM250K for her own stay.

i would say except the heavy traffic problem during the rush hour, actually the condo is well managed and maintained and low density.

i was shock with the report posted in 2007 forum saying the secondary market price for the condominium is depreciating 3-5% due to the supply of the new condo projects around.

is Sunway Sutera still a good recommendation for her? or please advise any other alternative..
