Hi,
I am single and currently looking to get a property for my own stay. My budget is around RM180K for condo, my financial status allow me that far. I will consider moving to landed after I have better financial support.
Thinking of getting a condo in Seri Petaling due to the availability of access road and quite centrally located in klang valley.
Kindly advice on the location or recommend a better location if possible. I knew Seri Petaling is lease hold area.

Hi, your budget is RM180K.
I hava a condo which is vacant since builded. It is located at tmn connaught cheras, opposite the Giant supermarket. 1050 psf , corner unit and the maintenance fee is RM168 per month. Its 99 yrs leased hold.
The unit never rent out. Just vacant at all time and clean up weekly & partially function as "store room". Driving time about 7 min (no jam) to Sri petaling from there.
Thinking want to sell because i stay with my parent in KL center.

| thanks, but I prefer Seri Petaling area, Connaught always caught in the jam and need to U-turn if I come back from KL. |

i need to make no u turn from KL, i use the cheras highway straight up to the roundabout at tesco cheras, make a 3'o clock turn the can reach the condo about 1 min from the round about.
nvm, wish u have a good condo at sri petaling.

hey hey..i'm not owner, i'm not agent... haha...
eemm... here might be advertisement board later....
emm... to buy a house below 160k, in seri petaling...
you can cosider bout Vantage Point, its not new, em.. below 1000 sf, 3 rooms, bit old but well maintain, i think it is around 120k, and another 40k for u to make some renovation and buy for new set of furniture.
mostly owner stay in this condo, not much renting out, so the environment is ok.
 consider bout it. |
