Ladies and gentlemen,

Refinance package wanted for a 4-year-old shop-lot. The property is valued at approx RM1.6m, but only looking to take out RM1.0m. Any offers?

I have a few banks here for commercial shop lot loan and refinancing, standard board rate can go about BLR-1.5 better than that is subjected to approval.

hello PropertyDragon

From your post a property that is about 4 years, you will have to check your lock in period first in order to proceed with refinance or not. Calculation need to be done in order to find out if its worthwhile to do the refinance.

From your location it seems you are an investor. I recently close a deal with a client that works in singapore but he's a malaysian. Don't know if you are in this category but I got him a Business Flexi Package for a property located in Damansara Perdana.

Do let us know if you're one of this category and we can advise you from there how to go and pick on the package that suites you.

Hi, I'm Jason Lai here, Best investor package now is BLR-1.25% for first 3 years and BLR-1.5% thereafter. No lock-in period, mean can sell off the property anytime without penalty charge.
