Hi,
Need kind advise from any of you out there.
I have bought a service apartment which S&P have been signed.
This property is under construction and will be ready by end of 2009.
Then, I have changed my name due to fact I converted and got married.
Pls advise:
1. Do I have to change the name on the S&P?
2. How much the cost will be?
