May I know how much are the monthly charges for maintenance fee and sinking fund?

How is the occupancy like ? Smile

Hi there,

thanks for your interest..

The monthly security, maintenance + sinking fund is about RM 80....payable by monthly or quarter/half yearly basis....

Occupancy rate, i would say about 70% as its still new.... the pictures were taken during the hand-over....

Here are some directions...

From Kemuning Toll (Klang bound)....go straight till you see the flyover to Klang.... continue straight then keep left..... at the next flyover, make a u-turn under it.... take the 1st left turn into Bandar Botanic.....the Apartments is on your immediate left.....
