| Hi, I signed the SAP back in November 2007 and I have only paid the initial 10% deposit. I was wondering whether there was any way to cancel the SAP and any amount of the 10%. I have not applied for a bank loan and I am paying by cash. |

| Look at the SAP terms and conditions. What is the consequence in the event of Purchaser's default. If the Vendor is entitled for specific performance, they will have the right to enforce u to perform the contract. Otherwise, the vendor will be entitled to forfeit the deposit paid. |
