|
|
guys
appreciate your help.
I just received a bill from my purchaser's lawyer to settle the following fees;
Preparing Statutory Declaration -> Rm200
Preparing Reassignment, attending to execution, stamping there of -> Rm400
Other disbursement -> Rm270.
I did not engage any lawyer by the way, and I had never instructed the purchaser's lawyer to represent me either. and since this is my first time selling property, I was just wondering I should bear the amount.
thanks. |

RM400 for Deed of Receipt and Reassignment is the standard amount and is in accordance with the lawyer's guideline
But RM200 for Statutory Declaration is an exorbitant amount
My lawyer only charged me RM20 for Statutory Declaration for affirmation and stamping of the Statutory Declaration _________________ ..cheefsphotojournal.blogspot.com |
