Hi sunflowergal,
I tot a lot of ppl like you very clever to compare the different package offered from several bank.BUT...Do you assure you may have really understand which is most benefits from the different package beside compare the interests rate?Let say somebody may have a loan keen to 5 years and looking for another best offer for re-financed and someone is looking for longest tenure for enjoying lower installment? Which kind is your plan?
Why don't sharing your planning fist for all guys keen to your best benefits!?!
May be you ll find the better way to your planning, rite?

hi sun,
Dear forum reader. It would be a good idea if you are keen and applying from a few banks. I would suggest narrow down your choices to about three or four.
Perhaps in-terms of condition, rates and i would say not too bad would be,
Alliance Bank, Cimb Bank, Citibank, & perhaps afterall these are the very few of my choice.
By the way, im from alliance bank.
If you need any free advise i wouldn't mind giving maybe add me on msn boyie00@hotmail.com / 012-3928232.
Cheers. Hope u find a good bank loan offer.

I understand what you mean. Yes, exactly all consumers have the right to look further on which package is more suitable to them rather than getting a cheaper rates. Yes, cheaper rates may attract people to apply, but the think is, consumers should ask about the credit criteria to apply, and also what is terms and conditions. I am sure most of the customer when they apply, they did not look on it very carefully. Even to do so, those salesperson may not happy on it, especially when the loan amount is not huge. BUT, always remember that consumers have the right to look on it, better than after they sign with the loan agreement, then just regret.
I know for all salesperson is concern on figures, and also will try to understand what customer needs. Meanwhile, if the package is really not worth to the customer, we should left them to find other FI, rather to hold them on for long time. This may affect the relationship in between customers and FI.
Consumers must always remember, whenever they want to apply the loan, they must understand what truth : DIFFERENT FI, DIFFERENT POLICIES. Some they may say yes to approve, some may say no to reject your case.
And one more thing, if you really apply many FI loans, and once you choose one of them. PLEASE REMEMBER TO CONTACT OTHERS FI OFFICERS TO CANCEL YOUR CASE IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise, you still have apply status stayed on CCRIS report, this will affect your future lending situation (although every apply section have stated the date of apply, but sometimes data may also wrongly key-in. To avoid this typo-error, please do so) |

Applying many loan perhaps its fine, but always remember to inform ur client that you have decided so which bank to proceed with. Also when you are looking for a loan always look for a few importance/key options.
Example,
Service / after-sales service from the Sales officer,
Convinency of the branch,
Always lookout on the newspaper what is happening to which bank, "not going to comment whose good/not good", very much on the stability of the bank.
Terms and condition from the Letter of Offer, the inked prints! This comes very important as most customers do not read, Therefore as a client take extra pre-cautions. It's never to say good/bad it's just what suites your needs.
Then last come the interest rate, as everyone prioritise the money factor, true but sometimes it's not the main point cause at the end of the day your principal and interest may not tele.
Cheers.

This is not a good idea to me. Come to think of it, if you will apply loans in few banks and if they will be approved what will happen to you? You will deal with paying so much loans a month right? Is this your idea? _________________ Miami Real Estate |
