Which phase r u referring to ?
I just went there this morning, and the d/s along the main entrance 've completed.
I have a 22*75 unit, which is supposed to handover around July.
Hope to hear from other owners as well.

Mine is a 20x70 which handover will be in Sep06. Just visited the website site progress and noticed there're few ready-for-vacant-possession in May06.

I feel that S.A owners are quiet and calm at the moment, compared to Putra Height buyers as reflected in other column. Smile.
Redhand76, hope to hear more from u once the (real) CF is ready as I dun know what to expect from the complete unit after reading the discussion abt Setia's project in Puchong, which fail the buyers' expectation.

Just wondering if anyone's finally moved in... Heard that the first batch of owners are given the keys recently in conjuction with the opening of the link...

Any truth in that? Anyone managed to check their units and comments on the quality/ etc?

Thanks... Actually thinking of getting a unit in SA... The Arundina. Smile

yeah...It would be great if some homebuyers can share some experience to substantiate their confidence in 18+18months DLP.....

mydragon: for unlaunched phases, do you think you can place a booking by giving them a cheque. They will only cash the cheque once they officially launch it..... I just placed my booking today.

Not sure about Setia as for Sunrise i know they only bank in the cheque when you sign the S&P.

Tengster, Yup, I have 'locked' in one unit. But the annoying thing is no news from them as to the actual launch date and I'll be out of the country next week. They said they would inform about 1-2 weeks in advance. *sigh*

I'm a SA buyer too. Mine is the Samanea 3 design, the cluster house.
Glad to see there's a forum for SA home buyers.

Just curious...

Anyone asked what is meant by "broadband access"? I saw in the leaflets and forgot to ask... I will be asking this weekend anyway. There is cabling in the house? Or the service already available?

Also, SA phone service is under Telekom, right?

i think they have ZEC... but u get 85% margin only or sth like that...
tried bargain with them for blr - 0.9, but they said only for loan above rm300k.

still, can try... i will ask my agent what she can do if i get you to join... ya? Smile

but i am seriously considering to tie up with fixed rate (insurance) as i plan to repay only in 15-20yrs. already got other commitments to pay off as well... Sad
