HI, I bought a unit at Monte Bayu Condo.

Anyone out there who are Monte Bayu owners too?? Let's all unite to share our voices, insider info, site progress updates, etc!

Hi,

I have make a site survey last week and piling the foundation is in final stages and progress is look positive, i believe a lot of people still suspect about the foundation is build by notorious talam or IJM. i'm very optimistic it is build by IJM (base on the project start date 2006 August until now they are still piling the foundation). i think the price for a condo with the leisure amenity like landscaped garden, gymnasium, swimming pool, wading pool, indoor badminiton hall, sky terrace, bbq pits and the half basket ball court plus the two car park space, 3 tier security and the maintance charge is 1.6 sen persqare feet is still qiute reasonable. I would say it's a good investment base on inflation and increase of contrustion material and petrol price new year.

Please share your opinion on the forum.

Bought a unit at Monte Bayu (Block A). Just sign the S&P.
Like DGTAN said the progress looks positive and i have confidence in IJM

we bought a unit (type B corner unit) on sept 2006... Very Happy

Hello. I purchased a unit at Monte Bayu, Block B [1135 sf].
So far the progress is good, I pass by the area frequently. According to the sales agents, the units are almost 73% sold out.

I really like the concept of the condo, beautiful-landscaped environment and the 3-tier security.
