Anyone know about the problems that I may faced if I were to buy a Bumiputra Lot thru a Bumiputra Sdn Bhd company???
Any chance to sell to non-Bumi in free market in future?? Possible or easy to get conversion or release by state goverment (Selangor)??
The property going to complete within coming 6 months and it is a leasehold property.
Please advise.
