Is there any buyers of Bukit Pandan - Nusa Mewah Villa condo (By Mudi Angkasa, TALAM) ?
It supposed to be completed mid of this year but they are stopping work now.
I would like to form a group to negotiate with the developers to get the latest status from them, kindly please list down your name or contact me at jazonlee@gmail.com

Hi,
just got to know about the forum...add me to ur contact list as well...
I've just called up Talam again today and they mentioned the status at completion is still at 70% (the same percentage of completion last yur when i called in October 2006). The claimed works would still be carried out and the project would be completed.
any other way to get out from the predicament? |

| The latest information that I heard is that Mudi Angkasa has changed the contractor, Passlink to another contractor. The project manager, Mr.William is not picking up his handphone. He has been constantly giving us the same excuses and we're very fed up with his attitude towards re starting the project. I cannot believe my ears when I heard that Talam is getting more projects with their partner IJM when they cannot even complete this one! Please , all house buyers, continue to push Talam to finish this condo. We are not rich people who can afford another house! |
