get an offer 160K for a fully furnish apartment at bukit mas. However as a newbie in buying house , i don know whether i should buy or not.
The apartment is 10years old. and no more management company take care of it. Which mean no security and maintainance except the basic rubbish.
I am ok with the areas but will i get any trouble or legal issues since the no management company????
really need help |
