HI ALL...

JUST NEED YR VIEWS ON TAMAN B.BAIDURI IN KAJANG....ANY ONE OF YOU KNOW ABOUT THE PLACE?...THE DEVELOPER IS DYNAFARE SDN BHD...M KEEN TO PURCHASE A HOUSE THERE AND APPARENTLY ONLY 5 UNITS ARE LEFT...BUT WOULD LIKE TO CHK BEFOREHAND...PLS ADVICE....I WENT TO THE SITE BUT NO ACCESS ROAD....SO M WONDERING IF CF WILL B DELAYED COS I FEEL THIS IS NOT A WELL-KNOWN DEVELOPER...THANKS....

Sesiapa berminat nak beli rumah kat taman bukit baiduri, kajang.
Semalam baru saya ke sana. Saya ada beli rumah kat sana.
1 km dari hentian kajang, 20 km dari putrajaya.
rumah hampir siap..hujung tahun ni.

2 storey 20x70
RM168,000 - nonbumi
RM160,000-bumi
