Hi. I am interested in the Bayan Villa property at Seri Kembangan. I recently moved to KL and I have no idea about Seri Kembangan and the potential of the property around the area. I am attracted by the low density and quiet environment of the property but am honestly shocked with the road around the area. Especially the roads at Seri Kembangan town area. Even on weekends, the traffic is heavy as there are shops on both side and cars parking illegally along the road. I cant imagine how traffic around that road will be like especially during peak working hours. The shops around Seri Kembangan also seem to be mostly unoccupied except a few chinese food restaurants. I am really concern on the market potential of the property lets say if i decided to sell it off in the next 5-7 years. I dont see much development in Seri Kembangan as most of the area including town is filled with wooden shops, old houses and villages. In short, the area is not eye-pleasant and the lands seems to be either used caryards or abandoned shoplots. Really appreciate feedbacks. Thanks.

the concept is nice.. but for this area, it's not so good for upscale market yet.
