I intend to purchase a completed landed property in USJ in the next few weeks - its current valuation is arounf RM350000.

My preferred loan is in the region of 100,000 and tenure no more than 5 years. No bank legal fees for the loan please. MRTA ok.

Please propose your best package for a fixed interest rate with the above information.

Hi USJ. For the property is residential or commercial? what type of property? Cos it will be different rate for different type of property.

hi Mr USJ, my name Azlan from CIMB.

May i know what do u mean actually no bank legal fees for the loan? is it you do not want any legal fee involve or you want the bank pay it for you.

In term of our package, We do provide Land loan at rate BLR -1% but did not have Free Moving/Zero Cost. Furthermore, the loan has to be take at least 5 years.

Customer pay cost at 5 years lock in
1st year BLR-2.3%
Thereafter BLR -1.8%

Actually may i know why you want a 100k loan only? Actually with the flexi mortgage, you can have a higer margin of loan and if you have the cash, you can just put the money into the current account. and it will reduce your principal and no interest will be charged. Wink
