Dear all, just want to let out my frustration that the security company that Sin Heap Lee (The developer) employed is really useless. The guards are like white elephant sitting in front of the gate. They let every cars that wave at them to enter the condo area. Worst still, they even opened the gate before the vehicle could reach the gate, and did not check the identity of the vehicle and and drivers. it's a true nitemare!

To all potential property buyer, please reconsider your choice if you are thinking of buying property by Sin Heap Lee, especially condo and apts.

Scubaman, you know why you get lousy guards at that condo (infact all the sg.Long Condos)???

Firstly, Security is an expense for the developer. It is not something that gives any kind of returns to the developer, hence they care less about yall.

Secondly, For RM3.00 ringgit per hour per guard, you get drug addicts and homeless fellas working as guards in your condo.

Thirdly, you developer is very stingy. They are not willing to spend anything above Rm3.00 per hour per guard on security services.

Condo security is very crucial for its residents. Many times I have personally seen this happening. Anyway, good security can be procured by engaging companies that use a good mix of Nepalese and local guards and Lastly, RM7.50 Per hour per guard is what you have to pay for it.
Or you can pay a minimum of RM4.50 per hour for a good local guard company and I am sure there is one near to your area in Bandar Cheras. The same row as RHB Bank.
