Hi all,

I'm looking for a 22X75 double storey terrace at BK5B, what is the market price for a 5 years old second house there?

A original without reno works should be RM360k up. check out thestar classified ads regulary and you will find something.

btw, many BK5 lots are for sale, some end lots with 10 feet land cost only RM420k . very good buy.

Hi I have a 22x80 renovated double storey house for sale at BK 5B, interested? Facing east with morning sun, auto gate, alarm system, grill, long car porch for 2 cars, kitchen cabinet & etc.
