I was told that any buyer would need to bring the invitation by developer.

I did not receive the invitation despite registering twice and did not bother to go get the invitation from the sales office.

I don't chase after property that are priced upon completion thus would wait and see.

Good move to wait.

Just come back, 130+ registered for 30+ units. Crazy price and crazy buyers. Most of the buyers with family, I believe they are real buyer and not investor.
Any one know the bungalow land price in the area? Still available?

Vacant bglow land is 120 to 150 psf depending on its profile & choice lots.

Slept in today, was really beat. How come 30+ units, thot was more.

Total 63 units, 23 taken by I&P staff, bal 40. Not sure why MC said 30+ units?

The bungalow land in front of semi-D sold? Why no construction so far? OR I&P keep for future development?

Those if not mistaken are sold as vacant bglow land.

just called the sales office, left 5 corner units - odd shape and cul-de-sac ones. They are:

unit 1: RM1,392,888
unit 14: RM1,352,888
unit 35: RM1,654,888
unit 36: RM1,306,888
unit 49: RM1,573,888

the biggest unit is still available Wink

Thanks Propertmj. Think it would take a while before the corner lots are picked up as the price segmentation is encroaching into the BK8 semi-ds. Buyers would probably weigh p&c of buying a corner dsl with more land to preferring the classic associations that come with owning a semi-d.

With the way things are moving, it won't be long for my property to reach a million. Yeah!

I doubt that anyone would be too surprised when that happens.

I'm a firm believer of the old Zulu saying,

"Don't count your chickens til they're hatched".

So what's your next move Daryl? Looks like BK is becoming too expensive to be investing in.

Daryl,
I will let you answer.

But if it really is too expensive, it is time to sell.

Don't think it's time to cash out yet. Would like to incubate the eggs into hatchlings before i take it to the market. Still see plenty of uptick for landed plays in KV. But would cash out one or two deadweights for some cashflow to ride the rough waters ahead.

Right now? Sit tight & hopefully i'm sitting pretty on my portfolio. And if i have done my homework right like my teach tells me, would wait quietly til the noise clears up over the current buying frenzy and pick off those who had overextended & ill timed their entries.

Some might call that plain old luck.

Or is it a travel itinerary?

All the usual suspects? Beg, borrow & steal. Watched Robin Hood? Started out so promising but lost steam 10 mins into the outing. I was disappointed & immensely bored.

So Russell Crowe was boring? Who played Marion?

Russell was atypically Russell aka Gladiator. Cate on the other hand was delightful, a class act portraying a strong wilful independent woman trapped in the circumstances of her time. A most practical woman. Laughing

I know. Is this new BK launch that bad that we are losing interest and resorting to look see, talk cock, sing song? Need to drive around BK this month.

Yes go take a drive, my talk cock sing song protagonist.

But won't complain about BK segment busting new prices for 7A12, as i've just seen another 10 to 15% uptick on my portfoilio in BK & my phone has been ringing non stop from the agents!

I don't mind if Cate is my leading lady.

Every dog has his day. Good for you. What is your recommendation for the existing phases and the indicative market price?
