i think the SOHU was supposed to be only on 7th flr but demand too good so they converted 6th flr to SOHU too...

mine's also on 6th floor but opposite of high rise... only abt 60% billed...

5th & 6th Floor are Axis SoHu Studio & 7th Floor Axis SoHu Duplex (which incl. 8th floor)

Correct me if i'm wrong...

Hmmmm.... It seem quite complicated layout on SoHu... with 6th and 7th Floor also with Duplex units... Confused Not sure how.

According to my S&P (Signed in end 2005, i guess so), the Level 7th Plan shown ALL are Duplex units which including the facing KLCC (outside from High rise) also.... The 5th Floor is my car park...

Mayb they've changed some of the layout plan...

Cheers,
Ivan

Nah as far as I know folks all SOHU units are duplexes! Initially they had planned to launch some sgl level studios but they scrapped it for duplexes! Anyone with a sgl level studio pls share!

BTW Lee of leasing called me about my retail lots asking if i'd be keen to let out. Still waiting for his proposal for rates & such. Atrium is scheduled to be open on 5th Sept 2009. Finally! carrefour is the main tenant with Starbucks, KFC etc etc.

Thanks Daryl Teo for your sharing... yes, hopefully anyone initially with sgl level studio can share too...

Atrium to open on Sept? Wah! So fast! Can make it o not...

Anyone know how's the developer gonna pay us the late penalty?

I agree that we should set-up a group SITE, for eg. Axis Community to represent the VOICE of AXIS BUYERS.

Just received a leasing offer from Cynthia, the Senior Manager for my AXis Atrium retail lot @ 7.24 psf with a gross yield of 21.24% returns incl of service charge of 1.50 psf. Only not so comfortable with being locked up with a long 3+3 year lease. Will probably wait or negotiate for better terms.

ATRIUM is said to be scheduled to open by 5 October this year.

7.24 is a good price. I'll lock it in with a watertight contract b4 they realise their overexuberance. At the sa,e time note any fine print. Should be a piece of cake for you Daryl, given your qualifications.

Again, i see the progress getting slow. It seems like axis residence is stagnant at that level for two months! Wat happen?

According to the developer, axis atrium will complete in early oct while axis residence will complete by end of 2009.

I really doubt it.

Lee of leasing called me about a week ago while i was in a meeting, didn't get to talk to him at length but from the little that was said, he mentioned that Axis Atrium is scheduled to open in September, 09. Whether that's realistic or not is anybody's guess. Wasn't really interested in exploring his leasing proposal further as i thought a 3+2 year lease is much too long especially at the rates he's quoting! I really beginning to wonder about this one! sigh........

I have an opportunity to purchase an apartment in Axis Crown, however my main worry, looking at the map, is that the mrr2 is quite near and therefore may have a serious noise problem. Would those of you who have checked out the area agree with this? I'm presently overseas

Daryl,
Seems that you have made a wise investment.

Any one with retail unit want to let go please PM the details.

All of your opinion also sought on commercial shoplot at Gaya Apartments@Melawati by Sime Darby. Asking price is 443K for 1399sq ft at first floor. Total 12 shoplots serving 240 apartments. Is it wise investment and what is expected rental?

Thanks

Hi guys!

Currently, there is a temporary discussion board for AXIS COMMUNITY has been setup. This is to GATHER ALL AXIS COMMUNITY for a LOUDER VOICE.

..axisampang.ipbfree.com/.?act=idx

(At least, when we (as a purchaser) are not satisfy on something implemented by RK / management, we can raise our voice together, louder and bigger, and even to improve.)

Please spread the word too. Many Thanks!
