hi everybody..i'm law..
still new here..
am actually helping my dad to sell his property in penang.
its a shop lot located at one of the hottest shopping malls at the heart of the town in penang- PRANGIN MALL..
i am not sure if you guys have been there before but it is very well known in penang..
with promising crowd everyday especially weekends..
the shop is 1110sf and is currently receiving RM12000 rental every month..
good returns..
and the shop lot is suitable for any type of business..
it is too located at the center court of first floor, which is also the most strategic spot in the mall..
i'm letting go at 1.8 M negotiable..

A couple of questions here
1) Leasthold or freehold
2) What is your purchase price
3) How much is the maintenance fee
4) How old is the lot

Hi Law....
I am not interested to settle down in Penang although l heard it is an extremely relaxing place to be in.
I was hoping to get a place between North and South and cut in the middle in KL...thereabout.
1.8 million is affordable. I am not a billionaire but worth about RM8 million now.

hey yes...
its a free hold..
rm1 maintanance per square feet..
and d new rental will be 14000 per month..
in short..the return is 8% one year..
