We are seeking to purchase at least one and maybe 2 house/terrace or semi-commercial in Penang during the following 12 months, one as our residence in Malaysia, one as investment.

I am Australian, wife is Japanese. We are not living in Malaysia as we work in different locations around the world. Current income is net US15K per month.

I would like to finance purchases up to 75%. Property values will be in the vicinity of 500K RM each.

Is any one able to offer initial quotations for finance?

Hi Steve,

I deals alot in foreigner`s loan and I`m working in Penang. Prolly it will be easier for me to handle your case when the property you are interested is located in penang. currently my bank is offering Investor Package, 1st 3 years:BLR - 1.25% , thereafter BLR - 1.5% , No lock in period. Only for commercial only. For further discussion, mayb you can email me your property details at ame2468@yahoo.com for me to check the market value for you. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi steven,

for foreigner to eligible for 75%-80% loan margin, you MUST qualify for either one of the below stated requirement:

a) apply for Malaysia My 2nd Home program (MM2H);

b) working in malaysia with valid working permit for at least one year;

c) Having an account in any banks of malaysia.

Below is an initial loan quotation for your reference:

Assume
500,000 property value,
75% loan margin = 375,000;
loan tenure = 15 years;
5% BLR rate for whole loan tenure;
MONTHLY PAYMENT = 2,965++...

Should you need further information, please don't hesitate to drop me a message at yykalex@gmail.com.

Regards,

Alex

Hi there Steve,

Previously i have done 1 case however reject, based on what i experience,

1.) Do you have got approval to purchase house in Malaysia. You really need to get approval if you want to buy Malaysia property.
2.) Document like payslip, account statement is very important you need to submit. Since probably your bank account is different then ours, that is why it is important if you can submit the bank statement at least 3 month.. 6 month actually will helpful..
3.) In case you are businessman, you need to know your license status or business registration as to know whether you have this document or not. However in case if you are under employer, you need to submit the payslip and we need to know your company background, e.g what is your company main focus, years service etc.

If there any enquiry feel free to email me at azlancimb@yahoo.com or sms me at +60172449305.

Thanks!
