Hi,
I have the owner of two properties for sale. I bought not for investment but intended for own stay previously, now moving out of malaysia.
(1) Condo in Bulit Jalil Damai, Block C, freehold, 1115 sq feet, facing playground, Indoor parking, grill installed, willing to sell [b]below 200K.[/b] Potentially just a walking distance from LRT station 2 years later ( extended route from Bulit Jalil to Purchong route, but final plan has not yet confirmed, at least not that I know of).
(2) 3 storey linked house in Taman Prima Tropika in new township Purta Permai, 5 minutes drive to Jaya Jusco, Mcdonald, and KFCand 2 new malls around the areas. really convenient and 10 min drive to Cyberjaya and Putrajaya, and purchong, and very accessable to bukit Jalil using the newly constructed route behind Jusco. The Unit is an intermediate unit facing north, near to 3000 sq feet, lease hold , new and clean, 5 bed room, 4 bathroom, willing to sell at [b]385K[/b] ( the asking price include the 5.5K upgrade package throw in).
