its in penang shopping mall..
concept like sungai wang..
very busy..
prangin mall..
watson 9 years tenancy..
each 3 years increase max 8 % rental..
selling at 2M..
commission offered..
rental currenly 13500..
this is the 2nd year..
7 years tenancy left..
