Hey everyone,
I'm new to this forum. Have been looking out for preferably a double-storey link house in KL. Recently came across this double-storey link house in Taman Sutera Kajang by Modal Ehsan Sdn. Bhd. 20X70, built-up 2k and going for ~RM270k, freehold. 2 types of unit called Nusantara and Zen. Same built-up/specs just different designs.
Any information on this developer? Can't seem to find much online. Any advice on this property? How about the location?

I am quite surprised not many topics on Taman Sutera Kajang though the early phases have been sold out and completed.
I myself am interested to purchase my first property there for self stay. Considering the completed 2B corner lot properties as well as the Zen and Nusantara units. (Anyone knows when the latter will be completed?)
Will check out the place this coming 1st September to gauge a few things.
