I have a 3+1 rm, (1210 sq ft) 2 bthrm, balcony, storeroom, quality fitted kitchen, clean unfurnished condominium in abadi villa..nice place quiet and good amenties with good access to PJ, KL and South Highwy,includes 1 undercover car park space, security guards, with facilities i.e swimming pool, gym, squash/tennis court, sauna n steam room.
im thinking of renting out,what returns could i expect on this? am happy for long term rental.

Hi, i got 2 clients are looking into renting a unit in Taman Desa Area, and i think Abadi Villa should be a good choice. (I am staying in Abadi Indah, so i know the place well).
