hi,
i'm looking for bank that accept block/master title.
So far i'm buying an apartment in Cheras area, it only have 1 master title for the whole block of 40 units apartment, so far i know the fixed-rate loan company like ING, AIA don't accept this, as well as PB  , not sure the rest of the banks, any1 of you mortgage/loan consultant know and very very very...sure that your bank accept this, pls leave me ur contact, thx  |
