Can you publish the amortization table for a loan of RM100,000.00 , plan to be fully paid up in 15 years. Use the interest rate offered by your loan package

Prepare another amortization table for the same loan amount, tenure and interest rate, assumming the followings happen along the time:

1) double the stipulated monthly repayment amount in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th months of your repayment (that is, deposit twice as much of the "normal" monthly repayments into the current account.)

2) take out RM1000.00 somewhere in between the 6th and 7th months

Show us that the linkage to the current account really saves us the mortgage interest. Thanks. Laughing

Sorry for late reply, I was on long awaited holiday. Very Happy

Definitely u'll save on ur interest payment coz any deposit made into ur C/A will automatically deducted into ur O/S Principal in ur HL. Our HomeOne interest is calculated based on the O/S Principal on daily basis. If u continue make deposit into the C/A, ur accumulated interest payment will be reduced in time & the deposited amt can be used/ withdraw anytime u like with NO FEES or CHARGES incurred by u.

Property : multi-storey shop project nearby BU-IKEA futher in.
launch : Next month (date - unfix)

Q: How long does it need to get EF approval?
Q: What's d doc required for EF applicationt?
Q: Let say, if this developer got EF from Ambank before will it be easier?

Who's the developer Question Let me check whether they're our developer or not. If yes, then dont need to submit any docs.

Q1 : Within 2 weeks EF approval subject to complete docs.
Q2 : For developer or individual purchaser?
Q3 : Much easier if we provide EF for the project

Ya!! u can be funny when u owes & don't have intention to repay back. i believe i'm not the 1st victim. Wonder if ING got any "Guarantee Debt-Collection Protector Plan to sell or not. What is the lock-in period like for ZEC, prop under construction?

Is the lock-in period starting from 1st disbursement or only starting from full disbursement ?

The lock period for ZEC package is 5 yrs from 1st disbursement for prop under construction.

This package is actually a combination between C/A & Housing Loan. You can deposit your extra fund in the C/A & the excess fund will knock off ur interest charge.
