Hi everyone, I am Kevin here another Alliance Bank Mortgage Sales Exec. Wish to provide my services to you for those who are looking to mortgage their property/ies.

Here are the packages and rates Alliance Bank are offering now;

Completed Properties

Loan amount up to RM300k

Non-ZEC(Zero Cost Entry) or FEC(Finance Entry Cost) - 3 years lockin period at 3%

BLR-1.5% for whole tenure

ZEC(Zero Entry Cost) - 5 years lockin period at 3%

1st - 5th Year BLR-1.10%

TA BLR-1.25%

Loan amount exceeding RM300k

Non-ZEC or FEC - 3 years lockin period at 3%

BLR-1.6% for whole tenure

ZEC - 5 years lockin period at 3%

1st - 5th Year

BLR-1.2%

TA BLR-1.35%


Under Construction Properties

Loan amount up to RM300k

Non-ZEC(Zero Cost Entry) or FEC(Finance Entry Cost) - 3 years lockin period at 3%

BLR-1.25% for whole tenure

ZEC(Zero Entry Cost) - 5 years lockin period at 3%

1st - 5th Year BLR-0.8%

TA BLR-1.25%

Loan amount exceeding RM300k

Non-ZEC or FEC - 3 years lockin period at 3%

BLR-1.3% for whole tenure

ZEC - 5 years lockin period at 3%

1st - 5th Year

BLR-0.9%

TA BLR-1.25%

*The rate I am providing is board rate. I can request a special rate for those who are interested and serious. For example like ZEC BLR-1.25% to 1.35% for whole tenure. It is case to case basic. It is higher chances to get better rate if it is a counter offer with a proof.

*Minimum loan amount RM100k

We have a product call SaveLink can even save you more. Which Current a/c linked to term loan a/c. For any surplus funds in the current a/c will offset your hosing loan outstanding to reduce interest charged. You have total flexibility to deposit or redraw excess payment in any amount, any time w/o notice required, with cheque book/ATM.
