Dear all,

I have a friend from China plan to buy a house in Malaysia. He ask me to help him to ask further information.

Below are some question from him:
1. Is there any limit for property for my friend?
2. Can my friend take loan from the local bank, if yes, what are the terms & conditions?
3. Can my friend get his Visa in Malaysia after he bought property in Malaysia?
4. Any other Terms that my friend should bare in mind?
