| I am in the process of purchasing a 1550 sqft condominium unit. I have been informed that the S&P will only include 950 sqft, and the other 600 sqft will be considered an accessory parcel, to be included in the "Deed of Mutual Covenant". I am concerned that the full 1550 sqft may not be included in the strata title when it is issued. Would appreciate any input on this, thanks! |
