Calling all commercial loan specialists!

I am looking to buy (under individual, not company) a RM1.2m commercial property (uncompleted) located in Kota Damansara, and seeking for 90% margin financing for 20-25 years tenure.

If your bank or if you know banks that offer that level of financing - please drop me a line and we can take it from there.

Hmmm..... Well, if you don't mind 85%.
I might be able to help.
But no promises, as normally my bank finance up to 80% only.
While 85% financing are for existing customer or customer with good profiles and property in prime location.

Like what jabba mentioned. Normally for commercial loan will only up 85%. Depend on your profile which if your existing customer with the bank then will possible to help to get better margin and rates. Do need any helps just drop me an email. Thank you

I'm Jason from standard chartered. Most the bank for the commercial loan is 80% to 85%, but for standard chartered bank shop loan package max is till 90%, I can help you to get it. UOB only able to finance up to 85% depend for the company profile.UOB can offer FSMI loan if you apply the loan using company's name.The interest rate is [u]1st 5 years 4%p.a. therefore [u]1.50% below BLR.[/u]
