I am looking to buy (under individual, not company) a RM1.2m commercial property (uncompleted) located in Kota Damansara, and seeking for 90% margin financing for 20-25 years tenure.

Hmmm..... Well, if you don't mind 85%.
I might be able to help.
But no promises, as normally my bank finance up to 80% only.
While 85% financing are for existing customer or customer with good profiles and property in prime location.

UOB only able to finance up to 85% depend for the company profile.UOB can offer FSMI loan if you apply the loan using company's name.The interest rate is [u]1st 5 years 4%p.a. therefore [u]1.50% below BLR.[/u]
