I think this place is absolutely lovely. Its in the center of everything. Near Tesco, near highway to International school (10 minutes to Alice Smith / Australian Int), near Sunway Lagoon / Sunway Pyramid, if you take the NPE via Old Klang Road, near Bangsar ... the possibilities are endless. I believe the demand by the expat community will be high there as it is only a stone's throw from everything.

Hey Nick,

The wawasan bonds are called merdeka bonds and apparently it is not going to be issued on a first come first serve basis. Instead, all the applications will be sent to Bank Negara who will draw lots and determine the lucky beneficiary.

Regards

Tink

Sorry I am not interested. No way am I going to put my heart and soul into the renovation and hand it on a silver platter to some tenant! Razz

This is AmanSari we are talking about! Not some run of the mill project!

Wow, I didn't realise an Amansari forum exists here!
I bought a unit at 18D a year ago. We have been taking our sweet time looking around for 2 years or so before cupid struck. I was skeptical at first, because the banks we approached didn't know SDB going into property dev. So the banks asked for a week or two to do their own background checks and they all came back to us with attractive loan offers. Well, the rest is history folks!

Welcome, welcome. Have you finished your wine yet? Razz

Wah, you ARE lucky. Being an early bird, you must have had multiple choices in selecting your home. I really envy those who bought at the higher end of 18D, with the hill as a background and the extra land! All sold out by the time I came in! Confused

You must be one of the proud owner of such a home. Wanna exchange units?

Yes, early birds have more choice I agree. But there were already so few bungalow units left when we came. And this is only the first day!

Anyways, don't think exchange unit is a can do thing.
I wonder if we'll get good view of KLCC fireworks from there? It seemed a guarantee back before our houses came up but not sure if we'd be able to see them without climbing up to the gazebo place.

Well, I don't think one can see the KLCC fireworks unless one steps out into the garden. We definitely can't see from the top floor room as the side of the next house blocks the view.

I believe they are erecting the viewing tower now! It is pretty high up. I envy the people in 18B, so easy access for a romantic night out. People like us have to drive there lah!

Hey, how are you renovating your kitchen? I really don't know how to renovate my kitchen. Are you putting in a breakfast counter to divide the dining / kitchen?

I guess walking is a chore to you then, not an exercise.

Anyway, I think it'll take me some time before I conquer the AmanSari viewing tower. Have phobia in that department Rolling Eyes
