Hi everybody.
I am new to this forum.

Currently I am actively looking for my first property for own staying, 1 room or 2 rooms condominium or studio is fine for me, hopefully around 700-900s.f. Ideally at PJ / Subang area, good accessibility and good traffic. Ready to move in or project which will be completed latest end of this year.

Any recommendation? Any idea what price can I get with above criteria?

I estimate RM200k+ for studio / 1 room condo and RM250k+ for 2 rooms condo. Is that reasonable?

I will find out more information on all your suggested property. But i personally think Sunway / Old Klang are not at the top on my list.

Actually I prefer the location Ara Damansara, but so far no suitable project... Oasis still at early stage...

D'aman Ria is opposite D'aman Crimson, facing each other. Not a good one as traffic is bad during peak hour cuz they are sharing a small exit road. The worst for D.Ria as u need to make a U turn to reach the main road.

Somebody recommended Boulevard to me. Any idea?

I only know about Subang Jaya Boulevard & Mid Valley Boulevard & both would be out of your budget so which Boulevard are you referring to?

I went to have a look of Subang Jaya Boulevard yesterday. I just dont like it. The appearance of the outlook is too simple, landscape is not good or can say no landscaping at all. The "Lake View" is not as attractive as it is. First launched should be RM240-250k for 1200+s.f. The agent said now +20% to get 2nd hand, which is around RM300k. Everything make it not interesting for me.

Sigh...
